HARD MATERIAL COMPONENTS FOR CERAMICS

We cooperate with our customers to develop hard material components (VC ceramics) which mainly consist of feldspar, quartz and sanitary cullet. Using hard material components has many advantages for our clients, for example, purchasing a single component instead of several raw materials, reducing the required storage capacity, needing less quality assurance for just one component, omission of the mixing process.

The actual composition in terms of materials and percentages is established in close cooperation with our customers to meet their individual requirements. A homogeneous end product is guaranteed in particular by systematically using different grain sizes of the component constituents used.
